1. How do you pronounce Trinoja?
It is pronounced TREE-NO-JAY
2. What does Trinoja mean?
It means nothing! It is a combination of our two mothers' names: Katrina and Ojala
3. What utilities do I pay?
You would only pay for electricity and internet.
4.Why should I rent?
* If the possibility of relocation exists, it’s almost always better to rent. It’s difficult to sell a home quickly in this market, and people would be better off renting until they have a more stable job where the risk of being relocated is eliminated..
* Home maintenance and repairs can also be costly for those owning a home. Many people enjoy a pretty view, but don’t really want to be the one out in the hot sun cutting the grass or shoveling in the winter.
* It is cheaper to live in an apartment because you do not have to pay for new appliances and maintenance and if you invest the money you save living in an apartment you could potentially have more money than if you had invested in a house.
* The time you save not having to do maintenance, mowing or shoveling is priceless because it lets you work more, or play more, or be with friends and family more.

* Small 11 unit buildings in quiet residential neighborhoods. Quiet, well managed, and maintained. Not like those large noisy apartment builidngs. We have many long term tenants who will tell you :"This feels like home."
6. Do you pay a referral fee, if I recommend a new tenant?
Yes. If you refer a prospective tenant and they rent with us, you will receive $50 off your next month's rent.
