Within 7-10 days of receiving your completed questionnaire, I will send you the complete book as a PDF to read. Revisions are free until it's right. Once you approve it, your hardcover is printed and shipped. That printing timetable depends on Lulu the printer. My clock starts when your completed questionnaire arrives.
